Amazon has launched a new tool for sellers called “Potential Sales Lift” that aims to help them boost their sales by identifying and addressing missing attributes on their product listings.
This metric, available on the Listing Quality dashboard, will show sellers how much their sales could increase if they add specific attributes to their listings. According to Amazon, this will allow sellers to prioritize improvements that will have the most impact on their sales.
While the feature is not yet available to all sellers, and some may experience delays in accessing it, it’s expected to be a valuable tool for sellers looking to optimize their product listings and increase sales. However, it’s worth noting that for non-brand sellers, it may be challenging to make changes to their detail pages even though the metric will suggest it.
You can find more information about this new metric on the Amazon Seller Central forum.
